The Hours:
40 Hours per week working  07.30 – 16.30 Monday to Friday

The Package:
£34k per annum + OT. Company Vehicle. Tablet. 31 days’ holiday. 

The Role:
Working out of our head office in Warrington, you would be servicing, diagnosing faults, repairing all forms of commercial heating systems including boilers, water heaters, radiant and warm air heater and all forms of pipework associated issues such as leaks and flow problems. You would also be required to work on evaporative coolers, air handling plant and fan coil units. The Majority of the work is north-west based but you may have to travel out of the area at times, this is not the norm and is quite minimal. You would be expected to join the out-of-hours rota (1 in 8) and expected to undertake overtime when required.

 The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Experience fault finding and repairing commercial HVAC plant
  • Commercial Gas Qualifications (CMDDA1, CDGA1, CORT1, CIGA1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1, ICPN1) you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, a valid CSCS card and some manufacturer accredited training would be a distinct advantage.
  • Clean drivers license
  • Willing to be a team player, assisting in mentoring junior members of the team and adhering to the company’s culture
  • Excellent communications skills and able to liaise professionally with clients
  • Oil and LPG experience

 

 

The Hours:
40 Hours per week working  08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday.

The Package:
£36 - £44k per annum (depending on experience). Company Vehicle. 31 days’ holiday. 

The Role:
Working out of our head office in Warrington, you would be responsible for the safe and profitable delivery of our various small works projects. You would be expected to undertake all associated H&S requirements for the preconstruction and during/post construction phases and be able to provide all associated post construction documentation. You would be required to oversee a team of installation engineers to ensure the quality of works is to our expected industry leading standard and ensure that materials and sub-contract labour is procured at the best possible price. You will require excellent client relationship skills and will be expected to delivery works profitably and on time whilst using our online software to monitor all costs within a project.
 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • NVQ3/HND level trained in heating & vent/building services engineering
  • Proven experience within the HVAC industry
  • SMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH trained
  • Willing to travel across country when required (most works NW based but we are required nationwide at times)
  • Existing experience “on the tools”
  • Team player whom can adapt to changes in the industry/technology
  • Live within suitable commuter distance to Warrington
  • Be IT literate with experience of using cloud based systems

The Hours:
40 Hours per week working  08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday

The Package:
£36 - £44k per annum (depending on experience). Company Vehicle. 31 days’ holiday. 

The Role:
Working out of our head office in Warrington, you would be attending our clients sites to undertake surveys on all forms of commercial heating, plumbing, gas pipework, leaking pipe repairs, ventilation and above ground drainage to survey and offer a solution to the problem they may have. You would be expected to be able to provide a solution and gather the associated materials and labour costs to create a quotation for the remedial works using our online project management software. You would be expected to liaise with our clients and portray our companies morals and culture to ensure continued future works. Project values range from £500 - £100,000.

 The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • HND/Degree level trained in building services engineering
  • Proven experience within the HVAC industry
  • Willing to travel across country when required (most works NW based but we are required nationwide at times)
  • Existing experience “on the tools”
  • Team player whom can adapt to changes in the industry/technology
  • Live within suitable commuter distance to Warrington
