The Hours:
40 Hours per week working  07.30 – 16.30 Monday to Friday

The Package:
£34k per annum + OT. Company Vehicle. Tablet. 31 days’ holiday. 

The Role:
Working out of our head office in Warrington, you would be servicing, diagnosing faults, repairing all forms of commercial heating systems including boilers, water heaters, radiant and warm air heater and all forms of pipework associated issues such as leaks and flow problems. You would also be required to work on evaporative coolers, air handling plant and fan coil units. The Majority of the work is north-west based but you may have to travel out of the area at times, this is not the norm and is quite minimal. You would be expected to join the out-of-hours rota (1 in 8) and expected to undertake overtime when required.

 The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Experience fault finding and repairing commercial HVAC plant
  • Commercial Gas Qualifications (CMDDA1, CDGA1, CORT1, CIGA1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1, ICPN1) you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, a valid CSCS card and some manufacturer accredited training would be a distinct advantage.
  • Clean drivers license
  • Willing to be a team player, assisting in mentoring junior members of the team and adhering to the company’s culture
  • Excellent communications skills and able to liaise professionally with clients
  • Oil and LPG experience

The Role:
Working out of our head office in Warrington, you would be managing the day-to-day operations within the business. You would be expected to ensure all divisions are operating at maximum efficiency and providing an improved system where you feel necessary. You would be expected to ensure the companies values, vision and culture are instilled in our employees and implement the company’s business plan and strategy. You would be expected to deal with any day-to-day HR issues and be responsible for maintaining a high level of morale throughout the company.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Experience and formal qualifications in operations management
  • HR qualification and experience
  • Experience within the building services engineering industry
  • Clean driver’s license
  • Willing to be a team player and adhering to the company’s culture and values
  • Excellent communications skills and able to liaise professionally with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent people skills
